Established on 9 December 2014,
The Company was established with the objective of operating as a holding company, through investments in subsidiaries engaged in businesses related to the investment, generation, and distribution of electricity from various energy sources. The Company’s major shareholder is Chow Bright Ventures Holdings Public Company Limited.
The Company’s core business focuses on providing comprehensive end-to-end services, covering project development, supply of related equipment, engineering design and construction, as well as operation and maintenance services. This integrated approach enables the Company to deliver complete energy solutions under a Turn-Key Service model.
Scope of Services
1. Project Development
This includes site identification and assessment, preparation of land-related agreements, preliminary design, as well as coordination and execution of agreements with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
2. Supply of Related Equipment
The Company carefully selects equipment from leading manufacturers, with long-term warranties and commercial terms tailored to suit each project’s requirements.
3. Engineering Design and Construction
The Company provides end-to-end support from the design stage through project completion, with emphasis on system performance, engineering efficiency, and reliable execution standards.
4. Operation and Maintenance
Comprehensive operation and maintenance services are provided to ensure that systems perform at optimal efficiency, while minimizing the risk of power generation interruptions.
5. Turn-Key Service
The Company offers fully integrated services covering the entire project lifecycle — from initial project development, engineering and construction, and project management, through to long-term operation and maintenance.

As part of its long-term strategic collaboration with CHOW, BlackRock has partnered in the establishment of a holding company to invest in and develop renewable energy projects in Thailand, with a particular focus on solar power generation and the supply of electricity under long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
This partnership is designed to support the development and expansion of power generation capacity of over 1 gigawatt, with an estimated carbon dioxide emissions reduction potential of up to 1 million tons.

Premier Solution Company Limited or PSCL PSCL has the issued and paid-up registered capital of 20,000,000 THB, and runs a business as consultant of investment, development and operation of renewable energy projects comprehensively both domestically and internationally, by focusing on operation, management and development of photovoltaic power plant, including design, construction and procurement of equipment, along with operation and management which has 3 steps as follows.
- Development of photovoltaic power plant project
- Engineering Procurement and Construction: EPC
- Operation, Maintenance and Monitoring: OMM
Chow International Company Limited or CI
CI has the issued and paid-up registered capital of 340,000,000 THB, and runs a business related to investment of photovoltaic power plant project.
